From that website, you will follow instructions, which, I believe, are the following (not in a chronological manner):

1. Go to “New Users / Sign Up” and create an account
2. At some point your will be asked your personal information such as names, DOB, SS#, address, etc.
3. You will be asked questions about your criminal history
4. You will be asked your “FieldPrint Code.” The answer is: FPGoldenRuleCareAppl (this is an identifier of Golden Rule Care)
5. You will also be asked your Contact ID. The answer is: 001
6. You will be asked your organization number. The answer is: 7654
7. The address of Golden Rule Care may also be asked. It is 9106 Wood creek circle, Fredericksburg VA 22407
8. At some point you will be shown fingerprint availability (day, time, and location), and you will select what works for you.
9. You will be prompted to make payments.
